These sessions are curated for you to explore the thought patterns, beliefs, and habits that are ready to be released, making space for a more embodied way of living to naturally take root. Together, we'll create a compassionate space to slow down, reflect, and gently uncover what's standing in the way. Our conversations are less about fixing and more about remembering and reconnecting with yourself. What to Expect in a Coaching Session: Each session is guided by sacred conversation, where you're invited to share openly without judgment and be deeply witnessed. You could be guided through: Dance Breathwork Imagery Meditation journeys Intuitive practices that help you connect with your inner wisdom and embody new ways of being that make life easy. Every session unfolds organically, meeting you exactly where you are while honoring your unique path. My intention is to help you feel more grounded, open and connected. You deserve to feel deeply nourished by your life and free to move through the world in your genuine flow.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Clients who cancel within an hour or less of the appointment's start time will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me the opportunity to serve other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
